The MPC-3000 is a brand spanking new & improved version of the classic MPC-60. It is a sequencer-sampler powerhouse that functions as the heart of any studio that produces HipHop, Rap, R&B, & even techno. It is usually used as the main percussion groove device. It is a great Sampler: 16-bit stereo 44.1Khz sampling with 2 to 16 MB of memory & full editing capability. In fact, its sampling specs are equivalent to most rack-mount type samplers, proving that the MPC-3000 is a professional device.

Five things You need to konw

Beat machines can be very limited when you get lower finish gear.
**ESPECIALLY THE OTHER online beat makers – I CAUTION YOU! Why? Because they actually use .mp3′s for their samples, so you are building beats with second generation compressed sounds… not icy.
WHAT’S WORSE? To add insult to injury, when you export from other programs, they take the MP3′s you have built your tune with, and they compress them again as your ‘master’ < lol!
THAT MEANS your final output is third generation, compressed two times, and sample rates are out the window.. . \.\. GOOD LUCK trying to sell that to someone – or getting an artist to vibe on it – or a radio station to play it.. . ..YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!! Other online beat makers are NOT industry standard in quality or in sound. Some also give you ONE bar to build/loop and play with – like huh? What is the point of doing that?
Their samples are CRAP – a little box with some mp3′s – cannot expect much more.
You max out the gear speedy and must get more, or it is complex to master
Basically sampling your sounds and playing with them is impossible.
